Is Lonatharil worth going for?
We get asked this question a lot! especially when there is a fusion event on the horizon, however, it is sometimes a little difficult to answer, especially with Fusions such as this one – Lonatharil serves a purpose that many other Champions in the game can when it comes to the Scarab King in Doom Tower, which is clearly his main focus – and even there he’s not the best option.
But our recommendation here is always to go for a fusion IF you can, as we never know what will come of these Champions in the future, just be aware that it’s unlikely that Lonatharil will see much use unless he’s buffed or reworked.
What you will need to fuse Lonatharil:
Lonatharil is a traditional Fusion event where you will need to collect 4 epics to fuse him:
However, this is a traditional Raid Shadow Legends Fusion with a twist! this fusion event will be tied into a fragment summon event to acquire these epic champions so NO RARES will be included in this fusion event.
As always, we will keep you updated every step of the way through the events, providing you with daily updates.

All Tournament/Event Points are calculated based on a MAX LEVEL account. These points may vary depending on your account progression and you may require significantly fewer points than displayed in our guide.
Day 1:
New Events:
Spider Tournament – 20x Anchorite – 2250 Points
Dungeon Divers Event 1 – 15x Carlinia – 20x Yelagirna – 1950/2850 Points
After a rocky start, Plarium finally got the ball rolling on this month’s fusion, and as you can see we’ve got 2 events that complement each other perfectly to kick things off.
So, to kick off the start of our Fusion, it’s time to dive straight into Spider, 2250 points for this will take around 2250 energy at level 20 – which is a maximum of 140 runs!
All the points you accumulate in Spider will also count for Dungeon Divers so it’s a great way to double-dip.
Of course, Dungeon Divers will take longer than Spider to finish with 2850, so you’ll have to clean up these points elsewhere.
Day 2:
New Events:
Champion Chase Tournament – 20x Carlinia – 20x Wuji – 1150/2500 Points
Champion Training Tournament – 20x Anchorite – 20x Yelagirna – 3050/5150
The Champion Chase Tournament has 1150 required points for the first fragments and 2500 for the second set.
For this you will need to pull as many shards as you need, you will need BOTH sets of fragments for this fusion. You can also do this with mystery shards for 1 point per shard, if you don’t have other shards to use during the event, but remember – champions from the market and campaign will also count towards these points, which can tie in nicely with Champion Training.
This does line up with Sacred 2x Event, so good luck on your pulls if you have saved any!
Champion Training Tournament is a very standard point requirement in terms of typical fusions with 3050 and 5150 for all fragments.
Make sure you are also levelling your chickens BEFORE feeding them to get the extra points, you can do this easily by just throwing a few brews into the 4*/5* chickens before you use them as food, it will really help you gain your points to make this doable.
Remember you need to pull out all of the stops for this event as this fusion is VERY unforgivable and it will prevent you from completing the event!
Day 3:
New Events:
Artifact Enhancement Event 1 – 20x Anchorite – 3300 Points
Classic Arena Takedown 1 – 15x Yelagirna – 390 Points
For the Arena Takedown, Continue to use all daily battles, but keep an eye on the points, you may need to gem 1 or 2 refills to reach the points that you need depending on your arena tier/win rate. Of course, always aim to win as many fights as you can, don’t waste tokens for fights that you’re not sure of.
For todays Artifact event, you will need to level up your artifacts, to reach the required points for another set of Fragments for Anchorite
This will be a great opportunity to take the new Artifact Upgrade system for a spin!
This is a really good opportunity to do a good old gear clear-out, roll things that you might want to keep up to see how the stats play out, sell things that you won’t want to keep.
Day 5:
New Events:
Dragon Tournament – 20x Yelagirna
Now it’s time to dive into Dragon, 2250 points for this will take around 2250 energy at level 20 – a maximum of 140 runs! This seems to be the standard these days for Fusion Events, with little to no fluctuation in points over the past few fusions.
All the points you accumulate in Dragon will also count for Dungeon Divers which begins on Wednesday should you choose to hold out to double-dip your points and get the most out of your energy.
Day 7:
New Events:
Dungeon Divers Event 2 – 20x Anchorite – 15x Wuji – 2500/3750 Points
As mentioned before, this links in with the Dragon Event that is still currently active, but will also link into the Champion Training and Ice Golem Tournament that is rapidly approaching – as always, this event will be a case of you burning energy into other related events to pick up points for both things.
Day 8:
New Events:
Champion Training Event – 15x Wuji – 20x Carlinia – 20x Anchorite – 3500/6100/9350 Points
Artifact Enhancement Event 2 – 20x Yelagirna – 3300 Points
To get the Enhancement Event’s Fragments, you’ll require 3300 points in the artifact enhancement event – there are some great methods for doing this easily, to save as much silver as possible.
1. If you pre-rolled your gear to level 7/11/15 before the event, you can go ahead and burn through your silver taking these up by 1 level each to gain quick easy points.
2. The other really good option for these events is doing a good old gear clear-out, rolling things that you might want to keep up to see how the stats play out, selling things that you won’t want to keep, a great guide for this is here.
The point requirement for the Training Event is quite high, but nothing we’ve not seen before in a Fusion.
Make sure you are also levelling your chickens BEFORE feeding them to get the extra points, you can do this easily by just throwing a few brews into the 4*/5* chickens before you use them as food, it will really help you gain your points to make this doable.
Take this time to level up all of your food and 6 stars some of the champions you’ve wanted to for a while!
Day 9:
New Events:
Summon Rush Event – 25x Wuji – 25x Carlinia – 2150/3500 Points
Ice Golem Tournament – 20x Wuji – 2250 Points
Classic Arena Takedown 2 – 15x Anchorite – 390 Points
To get your hands on the fragments from Ice Golem, it will take you 140 runs of stage 20 based on the worst possible drops, of all 5* rare gear, of course, this figure can be significantly lower based on your drop rates. This will take ~2250 energy.
Time to farm the arena! 390 points for these fragments, which isn’t unobtainable, but it is however on the high side of recent point requirements.
Continue to use all daily battles, but keep an eye on the points, you may need to gem 1 or 2 refills to reach the points that you need depending on your arena tier/win rate. Of course, always aim to win as many fights as you can, don’t waste tokens for fights that you’re not sure of.
For the Summon Rush, we have a 10x – However the point requirements are relatively high – so don’t hesitate to burn those mystery shards!!
Day 12:
New Events:
Dungeon Divers Event 3 – 15x Carlinia – 20x Yelagirna – 2500/3750 Points
Dungeon Divers time! This one is best done tomorrow alongside Clan vs Clan and Fire Knight tournament to make the most of your energy and points, allowing you to triple-dip to get the most of your time!
For those who have not skipped any events, this is the final stretch for you and you’ll have your hands on Lonatharil very very soon, maybe even in time to summon for Clan vs Clan points!
Day 13:
New Events:
Artifact Enhancement Event 3 – 20x Wuji – 3300 Points
Fire Knight Tournament – 20x Carlinia – 2250 Points
It’s Fire Knight time! This will overlap with Clan vs Clan AND yesterday’s Dungeon Diver’s Event – so it’s time to burn some energy and get great value out of it! To get the fragments, it will take you 140 runs of stage 20 based on the worst possible drops, of all 5* rare gear, of course, this figure can be significantly lower based on your drop rates. This will take ~2250 energy.
For todays Artifact event, you will need to level up your artifacts, to reach the required points for the final set of Wuji fragments.
This will be a great opportunity to take the new Artifact Upgrade system for a spin!
This is a really good opportunity to do a good old gear clear-out, roll things that you might want to keep up to see how the stats play out, sell things that you won’t want to keep.
I will definitely be skipping this Fusion, even the epics are too much work to go for. What are Plarium thinking 2850 dungeon diver points for 20 fragments of an Epic!
Its a Brogni type hard graft for a vault legendary.
this is absolutelly insane…. too much for a bad leggo!
all this work for 20 parts?
Imagine me, spider 15…. will take me forever!
Then stop doing Spider 15 & wasting time & energy. You can easily farm Stage 10 Spider, you must be unaware that stage 10 has a 75% drop rate for 5 star accessories. This is the most cost effective way to stack points. Hope this helps
Skipping too. Only Anchorite worth it to pick up. Others not.
Amended fusion guide: DON’T DO IT.
The epics will come in due time from shards, the legendary is trash. Next!
Did I do my calcs right? Do you have to fully do both Champ Chase AND Summon Rush?!
The only thing you could skip is any single one of the 15 events. That means you have to do all Carlinia, can skip classic arena on both Yelagirna and Anchorite and choose to skip 2nd part of champ trg or dung div for Wuji… that’s crazy…
Both summon events for both frags….
Yea sorry, too much resources needed. Been playing for 6 months and i’m just not able to take part in any of these summoning events, I tried with Dreng but ended up 30 fragments short, didnt have enough resources.
Why didn’t you add the calendar picture from plarium this time?
You are aware that you can get the calendar in game from the news section?
Yes, but I don’t want to do fifty clicks for that every time, when I have a browser with this page open.
WHO THOUGHT it was a good idea to make both summon rush AND champ chase manditory… I’d be able to get the fusion but I don’t have enough shards for both… could get champ chase done fully but then my summon rush is empty :I rest in pieces my dreams of completing a fusion smh
You can pull this champ or any of the Epics from shards. So it’s a super easy decision to make. Either skip it & wait for the drop or get it & save it for CvC to summon. I’d say wait for him to drop from shards.
How many fragments of each epic should we have at this point? its 15:00 CST for me. Thanks.
HH, on my day 8, Champ Training Event, Anch 20 pts is unlocked at 3500, Wuji is unlocked at 6100 for 15 points, and Caro is last at 9350. I am curious as to whether this is the same on everyone’s list. I thought it was weird that the second unlock was for 15. If its different for us, then I have to question why. My day 7 DDE2 is reversed from yours as well. Wuji unlocks first for me at 2500. Can we all check this because we may have discovered something strange
It would seem to be unethical if Plarium could move fragments around based on account and based on how close you are to getting the fragment completed for a particular champ. I have two epics in the fusion with 95 percent completion, but I’ll bet big money that in the next event the final frags could be at the end rather than the beginning of an event. Where is my tin foil hat, gotta find it!
I know Plarium dropped their big reveal video this week which is taking all the attention, but I cannot believe there isn’t more backlash about this fusion. I am certain we have never been required to put up 9350 training points to complete a fusion before, normally you would get the Epic outright at that level in a standard fusion. Also being required to put up 3500 points in the champ chase and summon rush seems wrong to me. I am low spender and usually just do every fusion because I can, but this is beyond what I’m willing to invest into.
I didn’t skip the event but came up short. I skipped the second Summon Rush but got everything else and ended up 10 short on Wuji and 10 short on Carlinia.. Way too expensive to buy enough shards to be able to get fragments. Was lucky on first Summon rush and got Bad-el-Kazar from a Ancient Shard though. Wish they had a way to buy shards for various champions. I have 80+ shards on a lot of them.
I have him and like him.
