Armanz the Magnificent Fusion Guide – Raid Shadow Legends

Welcome to our Armanz the Magnificent Fusion Guide, where we will provide you with all of the information necessary to complete this year’s RAID Anniversary Fusion.

This Fusion is a Hybrid Fusion, that ALSO features a Hero’s Path Event towards the latter part of the event schedule, However, the Fragments from the Hero’s Path are considered ‘Extra’ and not necessary to complete the Fusion.

Be sure to check back daily to see our breakdown of how many points you will require for each event, and the best way of doing this.

Armanz the Magnificent Fusion Type: Hybrid

Armanz is a Hybrid Fusion, rather than a standard ‘Fusion Event’ or ‘Fragment Collector’ we are more commonly used to, this means, instead of collecting Fragments or Champions to fuse him – we get to do both! We will be collecting 4 Epic Champions, by collecting 100 Fragments for each of them – which are then fused into Armanz the Magnificent!

Once you have collected enough Fragments for all four Epics – you will need to rank them to level 50, rank 5 – and fully ascend them!

These Fragments will be collected by completing Fusion Events and Tournaments, which will be rewarded at specific Point Milestones.

One important thing to note with Hybrid Fusions is just like Traditional Fusions – you will need to finish this Fusion (and Summon Armanz) during the window, which is clearly labelled with a countdown – you CANNOT hold off summoning him for the future unlike with a Fragment Collector.

Hybrid Fusion Requirements:

With Champion Levelling and Ascending playing a key role still in Hybrid Fusions, here is a breakdown of what you will need.

The Champions involved in the fusion are:

To Rank these to the required level you will need:

  • 16x Rank 4 Chickens

To Ascend these Champions you will need:

Affinity Lesser Greater Superior

Armanz the Magnificent Fusion Events:

As part of the Armanz the Magnificent Fusion, we will have 3 summoning events in the Fusion Schedule, one Summon Rush, one Champion Chase Tournament – and finally, a Hero’s Path Event.

With Super-Raids now being a permanent Feature in Dungeons, Plarium used to enable them specially for Fusions, however, this time around we’ve got a different treat:

  •  On Thursday, March 7th, we’re planning to launch x2 event for dropping Speed set artifacts at Dragon’s Lair.
  • On Sunday, March 10th, we’re planning to launch x2 event for dropping Reflex set artifacts at Ice Golem’s Peak.
  • Also, on Thursday, March 14th, we’re planning to launch x2 event for dropping Regeneration set artifacts at Fire Knight’s Castle.

These boosts will coincide with their respective Dungeon Tournament throughout the Fusion Event!

Finally, As this Fusion contains a Summon Rush Event, you will need to plan ahead to determine if you can achieve this. We don’t know the exact point requirements for the summon rush so far but you will need to be prepared. Use our summon rush calculator below to see how many points you can currently earn.

Use this calculator to see if you have enough shards for the fusion.

Input the number of shards you currently have to see how many points they are worth.

Day 1:

New Events:

  • Dragon Tournament – 25 Fragments – 2250 Points
  • Champion Training Tournament – 25 Fragments – 7850 Points

Kicking off this Fusion we’ve got an unfortunate delay… these two events that have begun today are great, and many people will dive right in, however, on Saturday there is a Dungeon Divers Event.

The optimal way to do this will be to use any ‘daily energy’ completing the Dragon Tournament between now and Saturday, and then using any necessary refills once the Dungeon Divers Event has started to double-dip your points, and the same goes with the Training Tournament, use the opportunity to double-dip wherever possible.

In terms of how many runs you’ll need of Dragon, you will need to acquire 2250 Points and this calculates to roughly 140 runs of Stage 20 normal at a cost of 2,240 energy or around 120 runs of Stage 10 Hard at a cost of 2,400 energy. Running Stage 20 Normal is the most energy-efficient route when it comes to fusion tournaments (unlike turn attack tournaments which require a high stage). These rates are an average assessment therefore some of you may high roll or low roll your gear requiring slightly less or slightly more runs.

Day 2:

New Events:

  • Summon Rush Event – 3150 Points – 25 Fragments
  • Artifact Enhancement Event – 4775 Points – 25 Fragments

Next up we’ve got an exciting day, or weekend rather, of summoning for RAID’s 5th Anniversary, with this being a Summon Rush, you will need to check with our Calculator below to ensure you have enough points to get the Fragments (3150 Points).

The event that coincides with this Summon Event is quite exciting, with a 1+1 Legendary Event active for both Ancient Shards AND Sacred Shards at different points of the weekend, on top of a Progressive Summon Event for some of the most prolific revivers in RAID: Shadow Legends.

Also today, we have an Artifact Enhancement Event, where you’ll need 4775 points. Here are some efficient methods to save silver while achieving this:

  1. If you previously upgraded your gear to levels 7, 11, or 15, spend silver to increase each piece by one level for quick and easy points.
  2. Another effective approach is to clear out your gear inventory. Upgrade items you may want to keep to observe their stats and sell those you don’t need. Refer to this helpful guide for more information.

Day 3:

New Events:

  • Dungeon Divers Event – 3700 Points – 25 Fragments
  • Classic Arena Takedown – 390 Points – 25 Fragments

For the Arena Tournament, make sure to utilize all of your daily battles. Monitor your points closely and consider using 1 or 2 gem refills if necessary to reach your target points, depending on your arena tier and win rate. Prioritize winning fights and avoid using tokens on uncertain battles.

As for the Dungeon Divers, it’s finally time to start burning that energy in Campaign and Dragon to complete the Champion Training Tournament and Dragon Tournament, ahead of tomorrows Ice Golem Tournament – between these three events you should be able to fairly comfortably earn 3700 points in the Dungeon Divers Event.

Day 4:

New Events:

  • Ice Golem Tournament – 2250 Points – 25 Fragments

Next up for this Fusion, we have an Ice Golem Tournament, Acquiring 2250 Points would typically work out as roughly 140 runs of stage 20, assuming the most unfavourable drops of 5* rare gear.

However, it’s important to note that this number may be substantially reduced based on your personal drop rates. This will consume approximately 2250 energy. It’s worth mentioning that running Hard Mode Ice Golem could further adjust these numbers, as the Mythical Artifact Drops offer an additional boost to your points.

Day 6:

New Events:

  • Artifact Enhancement Event – 4775 Points – 25 Fragments

Today, we have an Artifact Enhancement Event, where you’ll need 4775 points.

If you have completed everything up till now, you will be at 200/400 required Fragments! You’re half way there!

Day 7:

New Events:

  • Dungeon Divers Event – 3700 Points – 25 Fragments

Next up in the Armanz Fusion is a Dungeon Divers Event, which actually – you don’t want to touch just yet, hold out for tomorrow when we will get access to both a Champion Training Event, and a Fire Knight Tournament, both of these combined (if completing the training in campaign) should give you more than enough points for the Dungeon Divers, however, if necessary you can top up in other areas such as Spider to earn silver for the upcoming Artifact Enhancement Event.

Day 8:

New Events:

  • Fire Knight Tournament – 2250 Points – 25 Fragments
  • Champion Training Event – 7250 Points – 25 Fragments

Next up for this Fusion, we have a Fire Knight Tournament, Acquiring 2250 Points would typically work out as roughly 140 runs of stage 20, assuming the most unfavourable drops of 5* rare gear.

However, it’s important to note that this number may be substantially reduced based on your personal drop rates. This will consume approximately 2250 energy. It’s worth mentioning that running Hard Mode Fire Knight could further adjust these numbers, as the Mythical Artifact Drops offer an additional boost to your points.

To maximize your points in this Event, it is important to level up your chickens before using them as food. You can easily achieve this by adding some brews to the 4*/5* chickens before feeding them. This simple step will greatly assist you in achieving the necessary points to successfully complete the Event.

You can use this time to level up some of the Epics you’ve acquired so far if you’ve fused them!

Both of these events sync up nicely with yesterday’s Dungeon Divers Event however, so you should be able to clear off that whilst farming these two!

Day 9:

New Events:

  • Champion Chase Tournament – 3000 Points – 25 Fragments

The Champion Chase Tournament lines up nicely with the Void Shard Event that is active this weekend, alongside a 10x for Sulfuryion, so it’s time to pull those shards!

This Tournament is also a great opportunity to summon any Fragment Champions you’ve got sat waiting to get yourself the point requirement, you should be able to summon at least 2 of the 4 required Epics for this Tournament, which will give you a nice burst of points!

Day 10:

New Events:

  • Classic Arena Takedown – 390 Points – 25 Fragments
  • Artifact Enhancement Event – 4775 Points – 25 Fragments

Today, we have an Artifact Enhancement Event, where you’ll need 4775 points.

For the Arena Tournament, make sure to utilize all of your daily battles. Monitor your points closely and consider using 1 or 2 gem refills if necessary to reach your target points, depending on your arena tier and win rate. Prioritize winning fights and avoid using tokens on uncertain battles.

Day 11:

New Events:

  • Spider Tournament – 2250 Points – 25 Fragments
  • Dungeon Divers Event 3 – 3700 Points – 25 Fragments

We’re finishing off the Fusions “Traditional Events” with an Spider Tournament, Acquiring 2250 Points would typically work out as roughly 140 runs of stage 20, assuming the most unfavourable drops of 5* rare gear.

However, it’s important to note that this number may be substantially reduced based on your personal drop rates. This will consume approximately 2250 energy. It’s worth mentioning that running Hard Mode Spider could further adjust these numbers, as the Mythical Artifact Drops offer an additional boost to your points.

And finally, the Dungeon Divers Event will be a perfect way to round off all unfinished events, use this time to farm Spider, and whatever else you’ve got left to finish up to collect your final Fragments!

If you have completed every Event and Tournament to this point, congratulations, you just earned yourself Armanz the Magnificent; however – If you skipped one or two, you will have to wait till tomorrow for your final opportunity to pick up this years March Fusion!

Day 12:

New Events:

  • Hero’s Path Event – 24,250/49,500 Points – 50 Fragments (25/25)

We have reached the end of our Fusion Events, this is the last stop on the journey to get Armanz, and is only relevant if you skipped any of the previous events, or are chasing the Legendary Champion; Padraig!

To earn points for this Hero’s Path, you will be required to pull shards, OR Soul Stones to earn points, Saphyrra has a detailed video breaking down the exact point requirements, as well as the most efficient ways to go about this which can be found below!

It’s also important to note, that this Hero’s Path not only serves the Fusion but also the Titan Event to pick up a 5* Perfect Soul for Armanz!

Check back daily for further updates on the Armanz the Magnificent Fusion Guide!

You can skip 2 events but you have to then do the full hero path. You cannot skip anything if you don’t plan on doing the Hero Path.

I think I am going to skip just Champion Chase and then get 25 from the hero’s path. Summon Rush+cvc+bad CB loots depleted my shards significantly. If it is 3 day event I think I might be able to summon drexthar for it but still won’t be enough

Anyone know what the point system will be for hero path? Both for soulstones and shards??

Anyone have any guesses about what the Hero’s path will be? Soulstones and shards could be worse than doing a Champion Chase. Problem is that the Champion Chase will be over or almost over before Hero’s Path starts.

I was able to do chase by spawning 3 (3×350) of the fusion epics, one past legendary fragment fusion hero (500), do 2 broadmaw fusions (2×350) (leveling the rares during champion training). Also pulled 10 void shards (1/10 were epic, 9×50+350). Personally I am not sure what to expect from the hero path and don’t like to risk to get surprised by the point requirements and be short on shards and souls needed for it since it is still unknown. Also did compaign for training during chase that got me several rares and uncommons.
Total 1050 + 500 + 700 + 350 + 450 = 3050 (excluded rares and commons from campaign farm)
