Monster Hunter Progressive Summons! Raid Shadow Legends

Plarium has officially announced that this week, alongside the Clan vs Clan Tournament that will begin tomorrow, there will be a Progressive Chance Event.

This Event will feature all of the Monster Hunter Collaboration Champions, excluding Rathalos Blademaster due to him being a free, un-pullable Champion.

The Monster Hunter Progressive Summons have arrived in the game just before the collaboration ends, with there being little over a week remaining before this Champions become completely unobtainable – so now is likely your final chance to get any you may be missing!

Let’s check out the announcement…

Plarium Announcement

Hey y’all!

This Tuesday, February 27th, we’re planning to launch Progressive Chance Event, giving you at least x15 chance to summon the Champions of your choice from the selected pool from Ancient, Primal, Sacred, and Void Shards

1 Slot Legendary Champions:

This event will last 48 hours.

What are progressive chance summoning events?

Progressive Chance Event

Progressive Chance Summoning Events are a new type of Summoning Event, that was released at the latter end of 2023. These events give us an increased opportunity to get our hands on some of our most wanted Champions in RAID, the way they work is quite simple:

Select a Champion whom you would like to receive a boost for (This grants a 15x boost to getting them). Once selected, begin to pull your shards, for every single pull of that rarity – Let’s say for example you have selected a Legendary, each Legendary who is NOT the Champion who you have selected will boost your chance of getting them next time up to 25x boosted rates. This is a huge difference to the 10x Events we used to exclusively get – and whilst these have not replaced 10x Events, they are very frequent so we get lots of opportunities to try and grab those Champions that we are hunting for!

We have a full in-depth breakdown of Progressive Summons and how they work in another article from when Progressive Summons were released, which you can view from the button below.

Choosing your Boosted Champion

Monster Hunter Summon Events

When it comes to picking which of the Monster Hunter Progressive Summons you want to go for, there’s one key stand-out, however, some of you may have already got lucky enough to pick her up in previous summon events, or maybe even the Champion Training Tournament that has just come to a close, for those who missed out, this is likely your final chance to collect this exclusive Champion.

R. Nergigante Archer is truly phenomenal, and a game-changer for nearly every account in lots of areas, Saphyrra wrote an incredibly good spotlight showing how valuable she truly is which you can find below.

Outside of R. Nergigante Archer, this event features two other Non-Void Legendaries, Alatreon and Zinogre Blademaster – both of which have also been obtainable through events, with Zinogre being January 2024’s Fusion, and Alatreon being available in a Hero’s Path Event.

Both of these Champions are very good also, but they do not stand out as much as R. Nergigante Archer.

As for Void Shards, the option is there to go for Fatalis Blademaster, and there’s no competition there – however, the main reason you would want to go for him is a sense of completion, he is unlikely to bring any benefit to your account and is generally quite underwhelming – outside of Scarab King!
