Pelops the Victor Fusion Guide
Welcome to our Pelops the Victor Fusion Guide, where we’ll provide you with all of the information necessary to complete this year’s RAID: Shadow Legends March Fusion.
This Fusion is a Traditional Fusion, meaning you’ll need to collect Fusion Champions from Tournaments and Events, before upgrading them and fusing them into other Champions, before fusing the Legendary, Pelops.
Be sure to check back daily to see our breakdown of how many points you will require for each event and the best way to earn them.
Pelops Fusion Type: Traditional
There are three types of fusion events: traditional, fragmented, and hybrid. Pelops will be a Traditional Fusion, this means instead of collecting Fragments to Fuse him, we will be collecting 16 Rare Champions, in order to fuse 4 Epic Champions – Once these have been collected and ranked up to Rank 5 – Level 50, you can fuse your copy of this month’s Fusion.
These Champions will be collected by completing Fusion Events and Tournaments, they’ll be rewarded for specific Point Milestones, with no benefit for finishing higher in your Tournament Brackets, unlike Fragment Collectors.
Rares will need to be levelled to Rank 4 – Level 40, fully ascended, and Epics will need to be Rank 5 – Level 50, fully ascended.
One of the key differences between Traditional and Fragment Collectors is the time limit, you will NEED to Fuse your legendary before the timer runs out, or else you’ll be unable to collect them, whereas with Fragment Collectors you can wait on collecting until a future Champion Chase Tournament or Clan vs Clan Tournament.
Traditional Fusion Requirements
With Champion Levelling and Ascending playing a key role in these Fusions, here is a breakdown of what you will need.
The Champions involved in the fusion are:
To Rank these to the required level you will need:
- 48x Rank 3 Chickens
- 16x Rank 4 Chickens
To Ascend the champions you will need: (Note: Void Keep is ONLY open on Sundays!)
| Affinity | Lesser | Greater | Superior |

Pelops Fusion Events
As part of the Fusion, we will have 2 summoning events in the Fusion Schedule, and a unique twist we’ve never had before, we’re kicking off the Fusion with an Anniversary Path serving as one of the two summon events, with a Champion Chase following up in week 2.
- 5th March – Anniversary Path Event
- 13th March – Champion Chase Tournament
With Super-Raids now being a permanent Feature in Dungeons, Plarium used to enable them specially for Fusions, nowadays we get a different benefit, boosted rates for specific Artifact Sets. Keep an eye out to see which specific sets will be boosted when their respective dungeon tournament comes around.
These boosts will coincide with their respective Dungeon Tournament throughout the Fusion Event!

Day 1 Update: March 5th
New Events:
- Anniversary Path – Up to 63,250 Points – 2x Sunken Sentinel (2/16) 1x Tidemaster Dexikos (1/4)
- Ice Golem Tournament – 2,250 Points – 1x Sunken Sentinel (3/16)
Welcome to the first day of the Pelops Fusion, and a strange one at that!
Starting off with the straightforward, for the Ice Golem Tournament, you will need to acquire 2250 Points and this calculates to roughly 140 runs of Stage 20 normal at a cost of 2,240 energy or around 120 runs of Stage 10 Hard at a cost of 2,400 energy. Running Stage 20 Normal is the most energy-efficient route when it comes to fusion tournaments (unlike turn attack tournaments which require a high stage). These rates are an average assessment therefore some of you may high roll or low roll your gear requiring slightly less or slightly more runs.
To get both Fusion Rares from the Anniversary Path, you need to reach 3 keys on the central track. In the transcript, the cheapest 3-key route is at 37,500 points total. That’s the minimum target if you only care about securing the two Rare copies needed for the Pelops the Victor fusion (since the Anniversary Path Rares are mandatory and can’t be skipped).
If you also want the Epic from the Anniversary Path, you’ll need the 4th key as well. This is an additional 25,750 points, bringing the combined total to 63,250 points to grab both Rares + the Epic. Also note you can mix shard types freely (Ancients/Sacreds/Void/Primals) and that Dungeon Divers/Gear Hunters points contribute too, so you won’t necessarily need to hit those totals purely through shard pulls—but 37,500 and 63,250 are the key point targets for planning.
For an in-depth breakdown on the best possible paths to take, please check out Nub’s video, either linked here or at the bottom of the article.
Day 2 Update: March 6th
New Events:
- Gear Enhancement Event I – 4,775 Points – 1x Sunken Sentinel (4/16)
- Champion Training Tournament – 6,800 Points – 1x Sunken Sentinel (5/16)
For the Gear Enhancement event. Now is the best time to take advantage of these bonus events to build the Champions you need for upcoming content progression, or to do some gear cleansing. Artifact Enhancement can be done in two ways: you can gear cleanse to the points or you can upgrade pieces to rank 16.
Gear Cleansing Route
If you have a number of artifacts on level 1, an efficient way to claim the rare Champion is to upgrade Artifacts to level 8 or 12 and then sell the items for silver. This still remains a negative silver gain but it’s far less punishing than upgrading Artifacts to level 16. You may choose to keep some good pieces (a bonus!). This route might take only 10-15 million silver to complete the event.
Gear Upgrading Route
If you are looking to complete some Champion builds, then Level 16 artifacts are important to maximise their potential. We highly recommend you prioritise Artifacts instead of upgrading Accessories as this will be significantly less silver to complete the event. This route will take you approximately 20 million silver to complete.
As for the Champion Training Tournament, to maximise your points in this Event, it is important to level up your chickens before using them as food. You can easily achieve this by adding some brews to the 4*/5* chickens before feeding them. This simple step will greatly assist you in achieving the necessary points to complete the Event. This is a great opportunity to level up the Epics you have acquired so far!
Unlike Champion Training Events, it is important to note that you can get a bulk of points from using Skill Tomes on your Champions; however, these may be best saved for things such as Clan vs Clan to help lead your clan to victory, but in the situation that these overlap, it can be a great source of easy points!
For further information on how to best complete these events efficiently, be sure to check out our Champion Upgrade Guide.
Day 3 Update: March 7th
New Events:
- Classic Arena Takedown – 390 Points – 1x Sunken Sentinel (6/16)
The classic arena takedown should be relatively straightforward if you are able to fight and win at least half of your daily tokens. At Gold 5 you need to win 30 fights over 72 hours to claim the Champion. This will scale lower so pay attention but if you are lower in your account level then your point requirements should scale with your arena rank.
Day 4 Update: March 8th
New Events:
- Fire Knight Tournament – 2,250 Points – 1x Sunken Sentinel (7/16)
For the Fire Knight Tournament, you will need to acquire 2250 Points, and this calculates to roughly 140 runs of Stage 20 normal at a cost of 2,240 energy or around 120 runs of Stage 10 Hard at a cost of 2,400 energy. Running Stage 20 Normal is the most energy-efficient route when it comes to fusion tournaments (unlike turn attack tournaments, which require a high stage). These rates are an average assessment; therefore, some of you may high roll or low roll your gear, requiring slightly less or slightly more runs.
