Sand Devil Unkillable Team!
Players are starting to figure out how to take down the Sand Devil on full auto using whatever champions they have and HellHades found this cool team that will beat the Sand Devil 95% of the time! The original team consisted of 3 Epics and 2 champions that can be swapped out.
In HellHades’ new team we see 2 epics and 3 Legendary’s but we will talk through them all below. The speeds are important for this comp because you are going to want Crimson Helm to go faster than the boss to get the Revive on Death buff active before the boss takes a turn. Then Acrizia comes in slower than the boss but more than 220. Then the healer in this case Wythir comes in at 224 to heal your allies. Ninja needs to be slower than your healer at 221 and more than 217 to keep the tune in sync. Finally, Demytha comes in at 215 to wrap up the end.
For the set up you are going to need to follow the table below:
Champions: | a1 | a2 | a3 | a4 |
---|---|---|---|---|
Demytha | 2 | 1 | ||
Crimson Helm | turn off | 1 | ||
Wythir the Crowned | turn off | 1 | ||
Ninja | 1 | turn off | ||
Acrizia | opener | 1 |
Demytha
Demytha is a rock for this team and without her, you’ll crumble and need to rethink the team but her block damage is vital to make this work. She is running at 215 speed with 64k HP and 3.3k DEF. This speed is important to make the comp unkillable and on auto, you don’t want to lose the sync and your team start throwing out random abilities at the wrong time. Demytha needs to be on this speed or try on a speed tuning calc to make her as close as possible.
Crimson Helm
Crimson Helm is great for this team comp because she brings a Revive on Death buff on all allies plus giving them an Increase DEF buff so she becomes a key player for this team comp! You will need to make her speed 275 with 60k HP and 4.4k DEF. The speed is important because it needs to be faster than the Sand Devil to get the Revive on Death away before the Sand Devil nukes your team. She can be within 271 speed and 280 but double check with the Speed calc to make sure that all the skills are synced up and no one goes faster and ruins the build.
Wythir the Crowned
Wythir the Crowned joins the team to heal your team with her a3, this booked will be a 3 turn cooldown which is crucial. Only a few other champions can do this job. Adriel is the person that could replace Wythir if you don’t have Wythir. She is running at 224 speed with 84k HP and 3.7k DEF. Again these speed are crucial to the build to keep the tune alive.
Acrizia
Acrizia is in the team for her Enemy Max HP abilities. Armiger can replace her as a budget option and there isn’t too much difference in damage because you only get a select time to deal damage to the boss. But you want to build her with 259 speed, 33k HP, 4.7k ATK and 2.4k DEF. She is good at what she does and she will be your secondary damage dealer to finish this boss off!

Is there any replacement for Ninja? as anyone who started in the last year doesn’t have him.
need a replacement for Wyther, I have ninja he is awesome, It is almost tragic that Ninja is not available to everyone.
Watch the videos HH made about the team, there are replacements for nearly everyone.
Surely this isn’t an unkillable team if you need both a team revive on death, a strong healer AND good defensive stats is it? Also, in the description for Crimson Helm “the speed calc” is mentioned…which speed calc is this please?
Mandrellan1234 – not almost tragic, it is tragic ! :-( should be like fusion champs, able to pull them from shards later on after the event.
They have done that with Deliana and UDK, they can’t do it with Ninja, S1mple or Ronda though because of their contracts. They introduced Cronham tho, who if you put in the effort is (imo) better than Ninja for most content.
sigh… I have none of those champions
