Progressive Chance Event: Ozilda, Acrizia, Sydax and More!
RAID: Shadow Legends is launching another Progressive Chance Event this Friday, August 28th. The event will run for 72 hours and offers boosted chances for a selection of Legendary and Epic Champions.
Players can select Champions from the available pool and receive at least a x15 Progressive Chance to summon their chosen target.
The event covers Ancient, Primal, Sacred, and Void Shards, but the Champion pools differ between affinity and Void Shards.
The event overlaps with the Summon Rush for The Cowardly Lion Fusion, so players working on the Fusion have another reason to consider their shard options this weekend.
Legendary Progressive Chance Champions

There are some strong Champions here, but Sydax King-killer stands out among the regular affinity options.
Sydax brings Enemy MAX HP damage alongside Decrease DEF and Decrease SPD. He can then protect his team with Increase DEF, Increase SPD, and Ally Protection. His A1 adds Decrease ATK and Pain Link, giving him a broad kit for boss encounters.
Keberon the Underflame offers AOE HP Burn, damage, and some Block Revive utility. He should have value in future Argonite Faction Wars content, but several Champions in this pool offer more account-wide value.
Roxam has gained more value following his previous buff. His combination of damage, Decrease DEF, and Weaken gives him uses against Hydra, Chimera, and other bosses.
Shy’ek and Noldua Depend on Their Partners
Packmaster Shy’ek becomes far more valuable alongside Crocad. Shy’ek alone has a less impressive kit, but the pair form a powerful duo. Players who already own Crocad have a much stronger reason to select Shy’ek during this event.
Noldua the Gloaming works better as a standalone Champion. She brings an AOE revive plus AOE buff removal and Decrease DEF. Pairing her with Solenar raises her value further, particularly for PvP teams.
Players who own either partner should factor that into their Progressive Chance selection.
What About the Void Legendaries?
The headline Void Champion is Ozilda the Wicked, who makes her first appearance in a summoning pool.
Ozilda excels against waves. Her kit has strong uses in the Event Dungeon, Faction Wars, Grim Forest, and other wave-based encounters. PvP presents a less consistent picture. Her True Fear effects and other mechanics can produce huge results, but Stoneskin and Total Guard can heavily restrict her impact.
That makes Ozilda an interesting new Champion rather than an automatic Void Shard target.
Acrizia remains a powerful Enemy MAX HP damage dealer. Her Void affinity removes weak-hit concerns, and she can hit bosses hard across several attacks. She can steal Turn Meter too, which gives her strong progression value against bosses such as Dark Fae, Spider, and Fire Knight Normal.
Gaellut, Son of the Pact brings a different type of value. His Passive can cleanse the team after they receive enough debuffs, then heal allies and place protected Shield and Fortify buffs. He brings AOE Decrease DEF and Stun too, giving him plenty of value for difficult PvE encounters.
Epic Progressive Chance Champions

Venomage and Uugo are the clear highlights among the Epics.
Venomage remains a great Epic for boss content. She brings Poisons and Heal Reduction, with the latter gaining extra value in areas such as Grim Forest.
Uugo brings one of RAID’s best Epic support kits. Her AOE attack can place Decrease DEF and Block Buffs, and she backs that up with healing and debuff removal.
Enda Moonbeam is a much weaker target. His kit struggles against the huge number of stronger Champions now available.
For Void Epics, Dyana Gloompiercer offers AOE damage and an Ally Attack involving two random allies. She can place Decrease DEF from her A1, which can help set up extra damage from those attacks.
Oboro has damage and self-buffing tools, but her strongest uses have become more niche. One option is building her with high Resistance for Hydra, where her collection of self-buffs can make her a Mischief Tank.
Which Champions Should You Pick?
For players pulling Ancient, Primal, or Sacred Shards, Sydax King-killer looks like the strongest general target.
Packmaster Shy’ek becomes far more appealing for Crocad owners. Noldua the Gloaming receives the same boost for players who already have Solenar.
For Epics, Uugo and Venomage offer the most account value.
The Void selection is less clear. Acrizia remains a strong progression damage dealer, and Gaellut has useful defensive tools. Ozilda is the new prize, but her performance varies more heavily between different areas of the game.
