Tatura Rimehide Fusion Guide
Today marks the beginning of this year’s Christmas Fusion, Tatura Rimehide which will be a traditional fusion, who admittedly is one of the coolest looking Champions we’ve seen in a while (in my opinion!)
This champion is focused on helping you with PvE content, mainly Hydra Clan Boss and Doom Tower. Thanks to A1, which has a Decrease ACC debuff with a 100% chance when booked, he’ll allow keeping Bosses with only a half of their ACC. With the help of A2, Tatura will protect your team from being debuffed and will also increase your team DEF. Using A3, he will shield himself and put allies under a Perfect Veil.
Tatura’s Passive skill will allow you to reflect damage back to the attacker, thus, helping you to increase the damage inflicted to Hydra although don’t expect this to be massive as it’s very much like Warchief’s passive. Moreover, this skill gives Tatura a chance to place a Freeze debuff which can be frustrating to deal with in Arena or to help you control waves.
Faction: High Elves
Rarity: Legendary
Type: DEF
Affinity: Spirit
Abilities:
Solar Ray
Attacks 1 enemy. Has an 80% chance of placing a 50% [Decrease ACC] debuff for 2 turns.
Wings of Shelter – 5 Turn Cooldown
Places a [Block Debuffs] buff and a 60% [Increase DEF] buff on all allies for 2 turns.
Otherworld Breach – 5 Turn Cooldown
Attacks all enemies. Places a [Perfect Veil] buff on all allies except this Champion for 2 turns. Also places a [Shield] buff on this Champion for 2 turns equal to 20% of the damage inflicted.
Glimmer Hide [Passive]
When attacked, reflects 30% of the damage this Champion receives back to the attacker. Also has a 30% chance of placing a [Freeze] debuff on the attacker for 1 turn.
As mentioned, Tatura Rimehide is a traditional fusion event where you will need to collect 4 epics in order to fuse him:
Umetogi – Magic – Shadowkin
Masamoto – Spirit – Shadowkin
Visionary – Spirit – Dark Elves
Broodlord – Force – Lizardmen
Each of these epics will be acquired through events or through fusing with 4 rares, which will be available through events.
Itinerant – Force – Shadowkin
Castigator – Magic – Sacred Order
Misericord – Magic – Banner Lords
Ordinator – Force – Dark Elves
As always, we will keep you updated every step of the way through the events, providing you with daily updates.
Is Tatura Rimehide worth going for?
As with all fusions, we will always recommend you go for them IF you have the resources due to the fact that anything can change in this game, however so far, Tatura Rimehide does look incredibly useful especially with Hydra and Doom Tower.
The A1 Ability to reduce Enemy Accuracy having a 100% chance is absolutely incredible for fights like Bommel the Dreadhorn, where he has an obscene amount of accuracy, and reducing it is one of the most reliable ways to get past him.
Tatura is also one of few Champions able to provide AOE Perfect Veil on your team which is very useful in many areas of content, especially Hydra as it will prevent you from getting feared.
What will be required for Tatura Rimehide’s Fusion?
Type | Lesser | Greater | Superior |
---|---|---|---|
Spirit | 0 | 40 | 12 |
Magic | 80 | 52 | 6 |
Force | 80 | 52 | 6 |
Void | 0 | 0 | 0 |
Arcane | 80 | 108 | 12 |
You will also need food to rank up your champions either through Chickens or Levelling Champs (try to do this during the training event/tourney):
- 48x 3 star chickens
- 16x 4 star chickens

Day 1:
New Events:
Ice Golem Tournament – 1x Castigator – 2250 Points
Dungeon Divers Event – 1x Itinerant – 2500 Points
The first day of the fusion is always part excitement part waiting for the events. We start this fusion at the Ice Golem’s Peak where you will need 2250 points to acquire your first rare champion. Ice Golem is probably the most frustrating dungeon for players due to the boss mechanics so you can brush up on your options using our Ice Golem Guide. Super Raids will also be active as announced in the December Super Raids schedule so you can save yourself time on this event. Remember: If you fail you also lose double the energy so only use the super raids if you are confident your team has a high success rate.
In addition, there will be a Dungeon Divers event running so this is a good opportunity to be efficient and complete 2 goals in the one location. You will need 2500 points to earn yourself the second rare, Itinerant
Expect to need about 125 Ice Golem Runs (half for super raids) using around 2000 energy on Ice Golem 20 to reach the champion reward tier for the tournament and around 208 Dungeon Runs to reach the Divers champion (an additional 1328 energy in addition to the 2000 above).
Day 2:
New Events:
Summon Rush – 1750/3500 points – Misericord / Visionary
For the summon rush, we’ve got a pretty juicy 10x this weekend including:
- Teumesia
- Kyoku
- Crypt-King Graal
- Ignatius
- Ultimate Galek
- Achak the Wendarin
- Mordecai
- Fahrakin the Fat
If you are going for this event towards your fusion keep in mind that next week we are expecting a 2x Ancient Shard Event along with the Champion Chase event for the fusion so try not to waste too many ancient shards if you are pulling this week.
Day 3:
New Events:
Classic Arena Takedown – 1x Ordinator – 330 Points
Artifact Enhancement Event – 1x Castigator – 3300 Points
It’s time to dive into the Arena today, the Classic Arena Tournament as always is quite a passive one, you should be ensuring to use all of your daily battles which should allow you to receive the points for this rare fairly easily, of course, if you’re struggling in the Arena this may prove to be a bit of a challenge, but make sure you are persistent in refreshing your fight page every 15min and taking on fights you know you can win – don’t take unnecessary risks.
As for the Artifact Enhancement Event
To get this event’s Rare, Castigator, you’ll require 3300 points in the artifact enhancement event – there are some great methods for doing this easily, to save as much silver as possible.
1. If you pre-rolled your gear to level 7/11/15 before the event, you can go ahead and burn through your silver taking these up by 1 level each to gain quick easy points.
2. The other really good option for these events is doing a good old gear clear-out, rolling things that you might want to keep up to see how the stats play out, selling things that you won’t want to keep, a great guide for this is here.
Day 4:
New Events:
Spider Tournament – 1x Itinerant – 2250 Points
For today’s Spider Tournament, it’s time to get your grind on! Whether you need some shiny new accessories or are in need of a bit of a Silver replenishment in time for the next Artifact Enhancement Event, you’re going to want to invest your energy tackling the Spider repeatedly, 2250 points will take a maximum of 140 successful runs of level 20+, based on the worst possible rewards, however, could be significantly lower.
This tournament is also a great chance to double-dip and finish off any remaining rewards you might be missing from the Dungeon Diver event that started recently.
Day 6:
New Events:
Champion Training Tournament – 1x Misericord – 4225 Points
Dungeon Divers Event II – 1x Ordinator – 3050 Points
The champion training tournament is very similar to a champion training event in terms of how to earn points, but the key difference is you can gain points for ascending your champions, a great way to stockpile points is by ascending the first few ranks on lots of champions, this will help make up your points, 4225 points should be fairly easy for most in the time frame for the event.
If you’ve not already done so, I suggest preparing the food required for all of your fusion components during this time, or in fact leveling the epics/rares you’ve picked up so far as that will get you most of the way if not all of the way to completing the required points to get Misericord.
As for acquiring your Ordinator from Dungeon Divers, this event is all about just burning through your energy, whether that be finishing up dungeon events or farming campaign for the fusion events!
Day 8:
New Events:
Dragon Tournament – 1x Misericord – 2250 Points
Artifact Enhancement Event II – 1x Itinerant – 3300 Points
For today’s DragonTournament, it’s time to get your grind on! You’re going to want to invest your energy in tackling the Dragon repeatedly, 2250 points will take a maximum of 140 successful runs of level 20+, based on the worst possible rewards, however, could be significantly lower.
This tournament is also a great chance to double-dip and finish off any remaining rewards you might be missing from the Dungeon Diver event that ends in 2 days.
To get this event’s Rare, Itinerant, you’ll require 3300 points in the artifact enhancement event – there are some great methods for doing this easily, to save as much silver as possible.
Day 9:
New Events:
Champion Chase Tournament – 1x Ordinator 1x Castigator – 1650/3000 Points
It’s time to pull some shards for Christmas! This weekend is a conveniently a x2 Ancient Shard event which is great for Champion Chase points as epics really accumulate points quickly for you!
Make sure you’re pulling your shards on the day that suits you best with the 10x events running alongside the 2x.
Friday – Bad-el Kazar
Saturday – Wythir the Crowned
Sunday – Standard x2
Remember, there are other ways to earn points in this event such as summoning/fusing Champions (Now is a great time to fuse any epics you have ready for this Fusion) and also Ascending Champions.
For those of you who were lucky enough to get the Epic from the last Summon Event, this may well be the final step in the Fusion for you if you’ve completed every event so far, if not – you’re nearly there, keep going!
Day 10:
New Events:
Champion Training Event – 1x Castigator 1x Masamoto – 3500/12000 Points
Classic Arena Tournament II – 1x Itinerant – 330 Points
First of all, MERRY CHRISTMAS – And apologies for today’s update is rather delayed, Christmas and all…
Champion Training Event is a rather high point requirement IF you’re going for Masamoto, to just acquire the rare it’s very easy but we do have 4 days to complete this! Make sure you’re focusing all your energy on the campaign when you can!
Make sure you are also leveling your chickens BEFORE feeding them to get the extra points, you can do this easily by just throwing a few brews into the 4*/5* chickens before you use them as food, it will really help you gain your points to make this doable.
Take this time to level up all of your food and 6 stars some of the champions you’ve wanted to for a while!
As for the arena tournament… As always make sure to use all of your daily battles, this event is active for 3 days which should be more than enough time to get you the required points if you are efficient in using your tokens, ensuring you’re picking fights you know you can win!
Day 11:
New Events:
Fire Knight Tournament – 1x Ordinator – 225o Points
Dungeon Divers Event III – 1x Misericord – 1950 Points
Conveniently, both of these final events go hand-in-hand, it’s time to dive into Fire Knight to spend your energy and double-dip rewards from Dungeon Divers.
To max out the Fire Knight Tournament for your final Ordinator you will need to do a maximum of 140 runs of stage 20+ based on the worst possible rewards, of course based on your luck this may vary significantly.
Yes!! I can’t believe I’m first for once!
Do you have to get itenarant from dungeon divers to complete this event or can this one be skipped? I could easily get him but id rather save energy if I can get him a couple more times down the line
I’m on a FTP account and running Ice Golem around level 13. Should I even bother with this stuff? I’d love the legendary, but it seems pretty far out of my reach. I don’t want to waste my holiday chasing after wet dreams…
Hello, I will suggest you to focus on 1 or 2 epic that can help you in your teams. Visionary is the one that is above the other, so why not this one.
The issue with Ice golem 13 is that you have a low chance to get 6 star epic or legendary peiece, so you will need a lot more time and maybe enrgy (even if it’s cheaper than lvl20) to get the point.
Also as a FTP, have you enought shards in stock to go throw Summon rush event and champion chase, theses are even harder than stadard dungeons challenge.
Good luck in your fusion event, whatever the choice you made :)
I’m currently doing IC level 17 and I’m getting about 1 tournament point per energy spent, so double raids at 32 energy are giving me 33 tournament points. So, I’m going to say not really. I can’t imagine how low the points per energy is at level 13. My recommendation is pick the events you can do and push for one or two epics that will help you the most.
If you have enough shards saved you can get one of the epics from summon rush. Or if you have enough energy you can get another epic from champion training. Either one of those would save you from needing 1 copy of each rare. So you could skip fire knight and some other events and just go all out to get one or both epics.
*ice golem, not fire knight
Hey mate let’s suppose that during your 13 lvl runs you only get the worse rewards which is 4 starts rare artifact ok? This gives you 8 tournament points and since we have super raids the least amount you get per run is 16 tournament points so if we want to reach 2250 points only with the worse reward we would need 140,6 runs which is almost 4k energy to get the champion so you can check your energy savings and see if you can do it or not. Also a reminder you would need the same amount of energy for every dungeon that you are at stage 13 in order to get the champions so we are talking about 16k energy in total in order to complete the tournaments. AGAIN THOSE ENERGY NUMBERS ARE NEEDED IF YOU ONLY GET THE WORST REWARD ONLY WHICH IS 4 STAR RARE ARTIFACT!!
If you’re only dungeon level 13 then I doubt your account is progressed enough to get the legendary, but you could still pick up some of the epics.
I used to do it by running level 13 dungeons when I first started. You just need to have energy saved or use gems to refill a few times. It is doable if you are dedicated. This leggo is awesome. If you are a casual player, I wouldn’t do it. Super Raids make this easier IMO. It takes way less time.
I am a FTP player and I was also curious if I could do it – it would be my first attempt for a legendary fusion. I did it on Ice Golem lvl 13. and I have just acquired Castigator and still 21 hours left to do it. So it can be done with only the free energy available daily from quests and rewards.
Exactly, I am stuck at Ice Golem 13 and I have on average generated 10.2 points per run for 12 energy, required points were 2500 so if you do the math you will end up in an area ~3000 energy, if you are lev 50 or higher you should be able to generate about 800 energy per day (assuming 3 energy regenerations and all quests you can do per day). The schedule is going to be tight but doable.
Hey! … how much energy will be nescessary for the whole Fusion? (I’ve collected ca. 12k …)
Ought too be enough for everything really. But it all depends on how much “energy” you spend/waste on the 2x events, because if you do spend more than you can manage, and do NOT have enough umph to powerlevel your champions during the training events in the tavern, or got enough shards for the summoning events, then you’ll stand there with a long face in the end like I did during the Brogni event.
So make sure you calculate everything you need before you spend those 200×2 autoruns on Ice Golem 25:s…
New Champ looks like Atreyu from the Never Ending Story.
Sorry – Falcor, the luck dragon
Boys the rare champion is only 1650 points in the turney … I feel like the dude with ice golem 13 (supposing he has 10+ energy refills and 2000+gems ) could replicate the steps on all turneys to get the rares. It is not efficient sure, you need a lot of commitment and time but you can do it
Thank you to all who have replied to my comment. I have 1,753 gems, 1,730 mystery shared, 9 ancient shards, 1 voice shard and 2 sacred shards, and almost 10million silver. I’m also now 472 points into Ice Golem tourney and patiently waiting for my energy to replenish. I also have 9 2-star Champs sitting at level 20 and plenty of artifacts to level. Let’s see where I get. I like the idea of prioritizing the epics I could use most and indeed, Visionary stands out as #1. I’ll see where I get and try to keep ya’ll posted, if you care.
It seems like the optimum strat for F2P is to push hard in the Summon Rush for Visionary, and then push hard again on the Champion Training Event on Christmas. You can then skip the Champion Chase on Christmas Eve and save for the next fusion. This fusion seems fair, and even achievable for my early-mid game F2P account.
Does that seem right?
I am going to try this! The Summon Rush I am bit concern with as I would still need to pickup some shards in events to reach Visionary, so might backfire if I don’t reach this and pulled everything – Lol. My Champ and Vault space is actually really problem if all the pulls and trying to keep my food ready for the Champ training.
I can skip Summon Rush and Champ Chase completly, if I do all other Evets/Tournaments?
Or I´m missing something?
I think that is correct.
yes i will do this aswell
