Who is the best starter in Tower of Fantasy?
Tower of Fantasy is a brand new MMO RPG game based in an Anime world. Tower of Fantasy can be played on PC, Mac, or on Mobile devices.
One of the first things that new players look for in a new MMO game is how to start off with the best possible choice for their account. While Tower of Fantasy does have some characters that can be summoned, the main thing that new players will be looking for is (SSR) Rank weapons to start their adventure. These weapons also come with skins attached to them for characters so it is very common to associate the character with the summon rather than just looking for the weapon.
Who is the best character to start with?
When you start out in Tower of Fantasy, after playing through the tutorial of the game you will be able to pull a character/weapon to help you start out in the game. Traditionally in this style of game, it is very common for players to re-roll repeatedly until they get the selected character of their choice.
Personally, I do not like this style of starting out in the game, I would rather play the game than sit for hours re-rolling in hopes of getting 1 specific character.
However, if you do want to go all out here are some weapons to look out for:
S TIER STARTERS
A TIER STARTERS
Meryl (Claymore)
A- TIER STARTERS
Everyone else kinda falls into this category:
The main reason for the top 4 selections in Tower of Fantasy to start out with is that these characters are very self-sufficient and strong for solo play. They will carry you well through the game and still be very strong/meta champions into the late game.
I will say that you should always focus on what you enjoy playing, the playstyle of a weapon that you will enjoy will outweigh the small benefits of being a little bit more powerful at the start of the game.
At the end of the day, Tower of Fantasy is a new release and there are many changes to the Chinese version of the game. Also, the play style of western players is also very different from other regions so expect to see a very mixed-up meta for a while after launch.
