Emic Trunkheart Fusion Guide – Raid Shadow Legends

Welcome to our Emic Trunkheart Fusion Guide, the latest Sylvan Watcher’s Legendary Champion, who you do not want to miss out on!

In this guide, we will provide all the information necessary to complete this Fusion Event, and get your hands on Emic Trunkheart!

Make sure to check back daily for our Emic Trunkheart Fusion Guide daily updates!

Emic Trunkheart Fusion Type: Hybrid

Emic is a Hybrid Fusion, rather than the standard ‘Fusion Event’ or ‘Fragment Collector’ – This means, instead of simply collecting Fragments or Champions to fuse Emic, we will be collecting 4 Epic Champions, in order to fuse him – however, those 4 Epic Champions will be obtained by collecting Fragments.

Once you have collected enough Fragments for all four Epics – you will need to rank them to level 50, rank 5 – and fully ascend them!

These Fragments will be collected by completing Fusion Events and Tournaments, which will be rewarded at specific Point Milestones.

One important thing to note with Hybrid Fusions is just like Traditional Fusions – you will need to finish this Fusion (and Summon Emic) during the window, which is clearly labelled with a countdown – you CANNOT hold off summoning him for the future unlike with a Fragment Collector.

Emic Fusion Guide

Hybrid Fusion Requirements:

With Champion Levelling and Ascending playing a key role still in Hybrid Fusions, here is a breakdown of what you will need.

The Champions involved in the fusion are:

To Rank these to the required level you will need:

  • 16x Rank 4 Chickens

To Ascend these Champions you will need:

Affinity Lesser Greater Superior
Arcane N/A 60 12
Force N/A 80 24

Initial thoughts on Emic Trunkheart:

Trunkheart possesses a versatile skill set designed to take on even the toughest encounters in Raid. He has various forms of Shield placements combined with Decrease Skill Cooldowns effects. With Vinequake [A2], he launches an attack on all enemies and then grants a Shield buff equal to 30% of his Max HP to all allies. Additionally, he decreases the cooldowns of their skills by 1 turn, excluding himself. This universal protection is especially useful for content like the Scarab King, while the cooldown reduction synergy greatly enhances allies’ skill cycling efficiency!

Moving on to Trunkheart’s Sanctuary [A3], he places an Unkillable Buff on allies for 2 turns and provides a Taunt & Shield buff for himself. Unkillable buffs are highly sought after in content like The Clan Boss, making Trunkheart a valuable asset in creating optimal teams. The taunt aspect of this skill proves beneficial in the Phantom Shoguns Grove by controlling boss skills, and it synergizes well in PVP battles to maximize the passive skill’s benefits.

The Entanglement passive skill is filled with tricks to manipulate enemy cooldowns. When attacked while under Shield buffs, Trunkheart increases random skill cooldowns on enemies. By strategically employing his A3 skill to Taunt, he compels single-target champions to target him, making it difficult for enemies to counter him without building in Accuracy! Trunkheart proves immensely helpful in progressing through the Sylvan Watchers Faction Wars.

In summary, Trunkheart’s skill set provides a wealth of options for both protection and disruption, making him a valuable ally in various Raid encounters making him a MUST GET Fusion for anybody who is capable of doing so!

Emic Trunkheart Fusion

Is Emic Trunkheart worth going for?

We always recommend going for every single Fusion if you have the resources to do so, and Emic is not an exception to this rule… if anything – he is a champion who fills one of the most desirable roles for any account – enabling an incredibly fast route to Unkillable Clan Boss.

That is just one of many bonuses to Emic’s kit, and in full – he possesses a mass amount of strength in many areas of the game, and will likely be a huge addition to any account.

When we say this – we mean it, you want to do everything within your means to obtain this fusion!

Emic Fusion Events:

As part of the Emic Fusion, we will have THREE Summoning Events in the Fusion Schedule, one of which will be a Champion Chase Tournament, and a Summon Rush Event, there will also be another additional ‘bonus’ Summon Rush taking place in the middle of next week (please refer to our Summon Rush Calculator below to see how you are doing for points!)

To reduce the amount of time spent in Dungeon Tournaments, Plarium has started activating Super Raids for Fusion Events and this will be the case in the Emic Trunkheart Fusion also, with the corresponding Super Raids lining up with their adjoining dungeon in the Fusion Calendar.

  • On Thursday, August 3rd, we’re planning to enable Super Raids in the Ice Golem’s Peak.
  • On Sunday, August 6th, we’re planning to enable Super Raids in the Dragon’s Lair.
  • Also, on Thursday, August 10th, we’re planning to enable Super Raids in the Fire Knight’s Castle.
  • And moreover, on Sunday, August 13th, we’re planning to enable Super Raids in the Spider’s Den.

As this contains a Summon Rush Event, you will need to plan ahead to determine if you can achieve this. We don’t know the exact point requirements for the summon rush so far but you will need to be prepared. Use our summon rush calculator below to see how many points you can currently earn.

The Fusion Tournaments and Event Points shown in our guide are calculated based on a MAX LEVEL account, however, please note that the points required may vary depending on your account progression, which may mean that you need significantly fewer points than what is displayed in our guide.

Day 1:

New Events:

  • Dragon Tournament – 2250 Points – 25x Fyr-Gun Isbeil Fragments.
  • Dungeon Divers Event – 3700 Points – 25x Fyr-Gun Isbeil Fragments.

Kicking off this Fusion, we’ve got the perfect chance to double-dip our rewards, by farming Dragon you will be simultaneously chipping away at the Dungeon Divers Event, this will require more than the Dragon Requirements, but you’ll be able to make a significant dent in it, which you can finish off from other events, such as tomorrows Champion Training Tournament.

For the Dragon Tournament, acquiring 2250 Points would typically work out as roughly 140 runs of stage 20, assuming the most unfavourable drops of 5* rare gear.

However, it’s important to note that this number may be substantially reduced based on your personal drop rates. This will consume approximately 2250 energy. It’s worth mentioning that running Hard Mode Dragon could further adjust these numbers, as the Mythical Artifact Drops offer an additional boost to your points.

Day 2:

New Events:

  • Summon Rush Event – 3000 Points – 25x Fyr-Gun Isbeil Fragments.
  • Champion Training Tournament – 5150 Points – 25x Fyr-Gun Isbeil Fragments.

The Champion Training Tournament follows the typical point system for Fusions, where 5150 points are required to obtain the Fragments.

To maximize your points, it is important to level up your chickens before using them as food. You can easily achieve this by adding some brews to the 4*/5* chickens before feeding them. This simple step will greatly assist you in achieving the necessary points to successfully complete the tournament.

This is a great opportunity to gather the required food that you’ll need to upgrade all four of your Fyr-Gun Isbeil.

It’s time to open your shards for the 10x Hydra Damage Dealers Event!

This set of Fragments is required UNLESS you intend on doing the Bonus Summon Rush mid-week!

Be sure to refer to our Summon Rush Calculator above to see where you stand for points!

Day 3:

New Events:

  • Classic Arena Takedown – 390 Points – 25x Fyr-Gun Isbeil Fragments.
  • Artifact Enhancement Event – 4775 Points – 25x Fyr-Gun Isbeil Fragments.

For the Artifact Enhancement, to get this event’s set of Fragments you’ll require 4775 points in the artifact enhancement event – there are some great methods for doing this easily, to save as much silver as possible.

Artifact Enhancement

1. If you pre-rolled your gear to level 7/11/15 before the event, you can go ahead and burn through your silver taking these up by 1 level each to gain quick easy points.

2. The other really good option for these events is doing a good old gear clear-out, rolling things that you might want to keep up to see how the stats play out, and selling things that you won’t want to keep, a great guide for this is Hellhades’ Detailed Gear Cleanse Video.

As for the Arena Takedown Tournament, make sure to utilize all of your daily battles. Monitor your points closely and consider using 1 or 2 gem refills if necessary to reach your target points, depending on your arena tier and win rate. Prioritize winning fights and avoid using tokens on uncertain battles.

Day 4:

New Events:

  • Ice Golem Tournament – 2250 Points – 25 Fyr-Gun Isbeil Fragments

For today’s Ice Golem Tournament, acquiring 2250 Points would typically work out as roughly 140 runs of stage 20, assuming the most unfavourable drops of 5* rare gear.

However, it’s important to note that this number may be substantially reduced based on your personal drop rates. This will consume approximately 2250 energy. It’s worth mentioning that running Hard Mode Ice Golem could further adjust these numbers, as the Mythical Artifact Drops offer an additional boost to your points.

We do recommend HOLDING these runs until tomorrow, to pair with the upcoming Dungeon Divers Event

Day 5:

New Events:

  • Dungeon Divers Event 2 – 4800 Points – 25 Fyr-Gun Isbeil Fragments

This is a massive point requirement for a Dungeon Divers Event, and will require a grand total of ~6000 energy which is not a small amount!

This does line up with the Ice Golem Tournament, Fire Knight AND Champion Training Event however, so you’ve got plenty of opportunity to double-dip your energy usage to make the most of your runs.

Spacer

Day 6:

New Events:

  • Extra Summon Rush Event – 3000/5500 Points – 25 & 25 Fyr-Gun Isbeil Fragments.

This event is considered an ‘Extra’ rather than essential, the Fragments from it are not mandatory to complete the fusion, however if you are able to pick them up, you can choose up to two events to skip in the rest.

The Event that is running alongside this is great, with the chance of getting a bonus Legendary Champion from Sacred Shards if you get a Legendary – these events are actually ‘better’ than 2x Sacred Events!

You can find more about the current event in our dedicated article.

Day 7:

New Events:

  • Artifact Enhancement Event – 4775 Points – 25x Fyr-Gun Isbeil Fragments.

For the Artifact Enhancement, to get this event’s set of Fragments you’ll require 4775 points in the artifact enhancement event – there are some great methods for doing this easily, to save as much silver as possible.

Day 8:

New Events:

  • Champion Training Event – 7150 Points – 25 Fyr-Gun Isbeil Fragments.
  • Fire Knight Tournament – 2250 Points – 25 Fyr-Gun Isbeil Fragments.

It’s Training time!

It’s time to level up those Champions of yours – If you’ve not waited to summon them, you could use this opportunity to level up some of your Fusion Epics that you’ve collected thus far, to get the most out of your resources whilst also completing this event!

HellHades has some useful tips on maximising the return on champion training. Read more about these strategies here.

For the Fire Knight Tournament, 2250 Points will require around 140 runs of stage 20 based on the worst possible drops, of all 5* rare gear, of course, this figure can be significantly lower based on your drop rates. This will take ~2250 energy – Of course, this may be altered even further by running Hard Mode Fire Knight, as the Mythical Artifact Drops will give you further increased points!

Day 9:

New Events:

  • Champion Chase Tournament – 3650 Points – 25 Fyr-Gun Isbeil Fragments.

The Champion Chase Tournament lines up nicely with the 2x Ancient Shard Event, so it’s time to pull those shards and fuse any Champions you’ve picked up thus far, and also a great opportunity to summon any Fragment Champions you’ve got sat waiting to get yourself the point requirement!

Day 10:

New Events:

  • Classic Arena Takedown – 390 Points – 25 Fyr-Gun Isbeil Fragments.
  • Dungeon Divers Event – 3700 Points – 25 Fyr-Gun Isbeil Fragments.

For the Arena Takedown Tournament, make sure to utilize all of your daily battles. Monitor your points closely and consider using 1 or 2 gem refills if necessary to reach your target points, depending on your arena tier and win rate. Prioritize winning fights and avoid using tokens on uncertain battles.

As for the Dungeon Divers Event, we currently have the active Fire Knight Tournament, and Training Event that you can use to generate points, however tomorrow when the Spider Tournament begins – this will be where you’ll be spending your time!

We’re approaching the finishing line for this fusion, and for anybody who completed the ‘Extra Summon Rush’ on Tuesday – today you are able to reach the required 400 Fragments – for everybody else, tomorrows events are the last chance!

Day 11:

New Events:

  • Spider Tournament – 2250 Points – 25 Fyr-Gun Isbeil Fragments.
  • Artifact Enhancement Event – 4775 Points – 25 Fyr-Gun Isbeil Fragments.

Final Event Day!

The Spider Tournament, 2250 Points will require around 140 runs of stage 20 based on the worst possible drops, of all 5* rare gear, of course, this figure can be significantly lower based on your drop rates. This will take ~2250 energy – Of course, this may be altered even further by running Hard Mode Spider, as the Mythical Artifact Drops will give you further increased points!

And finally, the Artifact Enhancement, to get the FINAL set of Fragments, you’ll require 4775 points in the artifact enhancement event – there are some great methods for doing this easily, to save as much silver as possible.

Artifact Enhancement

1. If you pre-rolled your gear to level 7/11/15 before the event, you can go ahead and burn through your silver taking these up by 1 level each to gain quick easy points.

Does anyone know if the Epics NEED to be summoned within this event period? I’ve got no hope for Emic, but if I can get 2 x Epics and hold them for the next fusion?

Should be able to hold on to them!

If i understood your question correctly, you can’t use those 2 epics for the next fusion, but for the next champion chase instead. Those 4 epics fuse EMIC only, not any other fusion.

it is possible to collect 400 fragments and fuse all four champions together when champion chase starts, or must fuse one by one when you have 100 fragments ready?

Really good question, I’m wondering if we can store more than 100. I’m afraid to loose shards if counter is limited to 100

I tested, you can store more than 100 shards.

By my look at the calendar, if you did everything including the bonus summon before chase, you would have 325 frags available. With resource planning, you could have three ready for chase.. You would need chase, arena2, and DD3 in order to complete the fuse by Aug 13th at best…. At least that’s how I see it. If you pull one on shards, yeah anything becomes possible…

so, you are sure I’ll be able to stock more than 100 fragments in my account and they will not disappear when i fuse first champion?
Excuse me for questions, but this is my first hybrid fusion.

I have 125 fragments for Isbeil.
As a test, I summoned the first copy, and she appeared. Further, she is available for the fusion, but still must be leveled, ranked and ascended as usual. Wish I could generate 6 copies of her, honestly.
I now have 25 fragments remaining.
Yes, Plarium can decrement an integer correctly.
You are welcome.

I saved Ice Golem until dungeon divers started and maxed it out and finished the turn spider tournament and I’m still only at 2050 points for dungeon diver. How are we supposed to get the other points? Brutal 12-3 is not getting me hardly any progress.

This is another cash grab by Plarium. According to the calendar that’s posted here there are ONLY 15 events that aren’t Summon Rush events. That means it’s literally impossible to fuse this champion without opening shards.

Honestly, if you are going to stop updating these fusion event posts halfway through why even bother? Post the calendar and be done with it.

Well, I fused him…hope he’s worth it. That was a tough( er) fusion. High pts requirements.
