SECRET ROOM 11 – NORMAL Guide

spacer

This secret room requires you to use 6-Star Champions only. Let’s break down how to approach this challenge!

Enemy Waves

Below are the waves you will face in the secret room including the stats – generally secret room enemies are much slower than other aspects of Doom Tower. You should pay special attention to the following problematic champions:

  1. Godseeker Aniri / Melga Steelgirdle – Any Champion who can revive their allys poses a threat as there’s a chance that the encounter will take longer than expected, risking enemies taking multiple turns with their skills.
  2. Jintoro – Jintoro is a HUGE Single-target damage dealer, and bringing negative affinity Champions to him could risk them being picked off.
  3. Pyxniel – Now, usually Pyxniel is a massive joke, however, she can land AOE Freeze on your whole team, which may cause problems.

How to beat the secret room!

spacer

Below is the recommend team that is best fit to beat this room. We also detail alternatives for each champion if you do not have them. It is worth noting alternatives are fine replacements but will be less efficient i.e. potentially make the run slower or require you to run a few times to get good RNG.

The plan for a stage like this, with it being so vague is just to bring the core foundations of any wave team, you’ll be looking for the following roles:

  • 1 Healer and/or Reviver
  • AOE Decrease DEF
  • 1+ Control Champions
  • AOE Decrease ATK if possible
  • Damage Dealers

Once you have these foundations in place, you’ll want to pick off the revivers, whilst controlling the damage dealers, OR Take out the dangerous damage dealers whilst keeping the revivers controlled, so they are unable to pick their team up.

MVP’s for this Strategy

Drexthar Bloodtwin: Drexthar is a free Champion available to all after a while of playing the game, who covers two of the above roles, in Control, Damage and Decrease ATK within his kit, making him a perfect option for this stage – he is also DEF based making sustaining him much easier.

Visix the Unbowed: Once again, another free Champion who can provide support to your team, whilst also provoking the enemies – With Visix being void she will face no affinity problems either.

Arbiter: Yet again another free Champion who ticks off the Reviver in your team, but also provides Turn Meter control and Increase ATK to allow your team to take turns faster and hit harder!

Warmaiden: Back to the free Champions, many people will have a Warmaiden built from their early progression period, bringing 100% chance to drop the defense of all enemies on a short cooldown.

Kael: Really by Kael, we consider this spot as “Starter Champions” since any of them would be a viable damage dealer option that nearly every account will have at least one of, at level 60.

Champion Alternatives

Not every player will have this exact team, but there are very good options to some of these champions. Below we detail viable alternatives, however with this stage being very broad, there are a too many replacements to list all of them.
Arbiter: Scyl of the Drakes, Duchess Lilitu, Ursala the Mourner, Apothecary, Godseeker Aniri, Vrask
Kael: Any Damage Dealer
Warmaiden: Stag Knight, Tayrel, Uugo, Armina, Deacon Armstrong, Siegehulk, Dracomorph, Madame Serris
Visix: Tormin the Cold, Psylar, Umbral Enchantress, Rhazin Scarhide, Krisk the Ageless, Gnarlhorn, Martyr
Drexthar: Refer to Visix List.
